Refund Policy

1. Refund Window

You may request a refund within 30 days of your most recent charge. Refund requests made after this period will not be eligible.

Refunds apply to the most recent billing period only. Prior charges outside the 30-day window are not eligible for refund.

2. Free Trial

Clawpyr offers a 3-day free trial on selected plans. No charge occurs during the trial period. We encourage you to fully evaluate the service during this time. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed.

If you are charged at the end of your trial and wish to cancel, you may request a refund within 30 days of that charge under this policy.

3. Eligibility

Refunds are limited to one refund per customer. Accounts that have previously received a refund are not eligible for additional refunds.

Refund requests will not be approved for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle manages all billing, receipts, and refund disbursements on our behalf. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email admin@clawpyr.com with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within one business day.
